This is the best time of year to make kimchi. The vegetables and ingredients are in season, at its most delicious and nutritious. Kimchi is a fermented food, rich in probiotics and wonderful for gut health. It is also delicious and versatile, excellent in soups, stir fries, even on burgers!
Learn how to make basic traditional Korean kimchi with Eunju Yeom. Touch on the history, health benefits and technique. We will enjoy sampling her homemade kimchi while she demonstrates how to make it step by step. Although this workshop is not vegan, she will explain how to make a vegan option during class.
