Qualities: Nori is rich in carotenes, vitamin C and B12, and iodine.

Common Use: Nori sheets are most commonly used as a wrap for sushi and onigiri, or as a garnish or flavouring in noodles and soups. It can also be enjoyed alone as a snack or in a variety of other recipes and preparations.

Storage: Since Nori sheets easily absorb moisture from the air, store sealed in an airtight container in a dry location.
