Product Description
Each fillet has 19g of protein and is made from 8 clean label ingredients that are non-GMO & gluten-free.
Ingredients Water, Soy protein, Sunflower oil, Natural flavourings, Yeast, Pea protein, Citric acid, Salt
Cooking Instructions Place fillet in fridge for 24 hours to defrost prior to cooking. Heat to an internal temperature of 150°F.
Pan-fry Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat. Season fillet, cook 4 minutes each side until golden brown.
Oven Preheat to 350°F and season fillet with spices and oil. Place fillet on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
Breaded Dredge fillet in ingredients of your choice (e.g., flour, wet mixture, breadcrumbs). Preheat cooking oil in a deep fryer at 350°F then fry for 4 minutes.
Grill Preheat BBQ/grill to medium. Season fillet with spices and oil. Grill 3-4 minutes each side until you see desired grill marks.
Marinade Apply desired marinade (sauces, spices with oil). Place fillet in a sealed container and marinate overnight in the fridge for stronger flavour. Cook using any method above.
