Le Meadow's Pantry is a preserving company based in Vancouver, BC, specializing in artisan jams and marmalades which are made in small batches in French copper preserving pans to ​capture the bright flavours and essence of the fruit.  
 

Once the jams are opened, they should be refrigerated and consumed within two months.
