Gua sha is a traditional Chinese medicine practice in which a tool is used to repetitively scrape the body in order to relieve sore, stiff muscles by stimulating new oxygenated blood flow to those areas. It can also help with lymphatic drainage.

How to Use Apply a facial oil or moisturizer and gently glide the gua sha stone over your skin in upward and outward motions to massage and sculpt

Care Instructions Clean the gua sha stone after each use with warm water and mild soap. Pat dry and store in the protective pouch or a cool, dry place.
